Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Orders must be placed by 12pm PST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of orders and the address it will ship to. Your shipping rate will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Order Processing, Cancellation & Changes
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. Guardians.shop is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged, please contact Guardians.shop within 15 days from the last scanned date.

Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Guardians.shop is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Guardians.shop has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
